The merchant or Waffo may still refund a payment, and a cardholder may still raise a chargeback. Waffo, as merchant of record, returns a completed refund to the original payment method. When Waffo reports that the refund has succeeded and the funds have been returned, the unlock credential for that order is revoked. A refund that is still in progress, or a refund that fails and moves no money, does not revoke access. This site does not receive a chargeback webhook; a card chargeback is handled from Waffo's email notice, not by an automatic event.
